    • Dear Customer Service Team Hello. I bought this clothes from your Korean store recently. I didnโ€™t notice the care label clearly and didnโ€™t know this item must be dry cleaned only. I washed it with water by mistake. After washing the shape of the clothes is damaged a little. I really like this piece and want to save it. Could you please kindly tell me is there any way to fix or recover the clothes? Please let me know what I can do to rescue it. Thank you so much for your help. Best regards Iris

Thank you for your message.

As this item is labeled as dry clean only, we regret to inform you that it may be difficult to fully restore the garment once it has been washed with water.
Fabrics such as wool blends may shrink, lose their shape, or become distorted, and complete recovery cannot be guaranteed.

However, you may try the following basic at-home method to help relax the fabric.

- Prepare lukewarm water (below 30ยฐC / 86ยฐF) and mix in a small amount of fabric softener.
- Soak the garment for approximately 10โ€“15 minutes to help relax the fibers.
- Do not wring or twist the garment. Instead, gently press out excess water using a towel.
- Carefully reshape the garment by hand to its original size and form.
- Lay it flat on a clean surface and allow it to air dry naturally.

This method may help loosen the stiffened fabric slightly, though full restoration may not be possible.
