Occasionally, the bank branch where you have subscribed to the 3DS certification service does not have a 3DS payment system, so you should contact the bank branch.


In the case of reasons 1 and 2, it is necessary to check whether the customer has proceeded with the authentication process normally, and in the case of reasons 3, you can only try to try to pay with a different card.


In particular, transactions that occur with TS01 and TS21 codes are likely to be reason 3

If the 'ECI Flag' code is confirmed to be 06 or 01 when I inquired about the transaction as below, the transaction failed due to the 3rd reason.
